Managing Vestibular White Spots: Predictable Esthetics?
AbstractVestibular white spot lesions present a frequent clinical challenge, ranging from early carious demineralizations to developmental enamel changes with significant aesthetic implications. Effective management requires a precise diagnostic work-up, accurate prediction of lesion behavior, and a tailored choice of minimally invasive therapies. This lecture will provide an evidence-based framework for diagnosing vestibular white spots and contemporary treatment strategies, including remineralization, bleaching, and resin infiltration, tailored according to the complexities of different lesions.
