  • In returning the registration form, the registrant agrees to accept the below Terms & Conditions.
  • Payment must be made prior to starting the seminar / workshop.
  • Confirmation email will be sent to the registrant after the successful payment.
  • No refund will be accepted even the registrant is unable to attend the seminar and/or workshops which he/she has registered and paid the fees.
  • HKU Faculty of Dentistry do not allow registrant to transfer his/her registration to any person.
  • HKU Faculty of Dentistry will not be responsible for any incorrect personal details provided by a registrant.
  • HKU Faculty of Dentistry will not be responsible for any incorrect cheque amount or information.
  • HKU Faculty of Dentistry reserves the right to change any of its terms and conditions.
  • In case of any dispute, the HKU Faculty of Dentistry reserves the right to make the final decision.
  • If typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted, or a black rainstorm warning is issued on the day of the seminar/workshop, the seminar/workshop will be cancelled. Notification of the seminar and workshop cancellation will be sent to the participants through email.
